What kind of clients do you work with?

Everyone. We help homeowners sort out their networks and devices. We help small businesses get their IT running properly. We also work with larger organisations and federal and local government.

Do you do small jobs or just big projects?

Both. We're just as happy setting up a home WiFi network as we are building out a multisite enterprise deployment. No job is too small and we bring the same quality to everything.

What's your typical engagement model?

Usually fixed price or time and materials. It depends on the job. For a new website the build is treated like a small project and billed for the work involved. If you want us to host and manage it after launch that becomes a separate monthly cost.

Are you available for ongoing support?

Yes. We offer managed services, monitoring and ongoing support. We can be on call for emergencies or help run your IT daily.

Do you travel to remote or regional areas?

Yes. We can travel for work in city, regional and remote areas. Travel requirements are discussed during scoping so the cost and timing are clear upfront.
